More Temp vs Precip

The data here covers the average temperature and precipitation of La Crosse, Minneapolis, Eau Claire, Madison, and Milwaukee.
When looking at the graphs for temperature, the temperature slowly rises over the months until it climaxes in July, then steadily falls back to January again, and the cycle continues on. On the humidity graph there, there is more humidity in the morning then in the evening. I think this is because when the air cools overnight, the air is cooler and thus can hold less water vapor and this increases the relative humidity.
