The front I was talking about in my last post finally hit us on Saturday with a light coat of rain, as I predicted it wasn't too bad of a rain, but it did come earlier than I was expecting. Using this map above I can tell that the front that hit us on Saturday is dying out on its trip across the country, as represented by the occulted front. Good news is that High Pressure systems are dominated the country, except for scatter low pressure systems that are occupied by scattered rain clouds, so most places are in for fair weather.
